You have a passion for customer satisfaction and the skills to troubleshoot in a technical environment — you thrive on solving complex problems and enjoy helping others. You are eager to become an expert in delivering exceptional solutions that address our customers' biggest challenges. Your technical acumen allows you to quickly learn and adapt to new software solutions, particularly those related to Microsoft technologies.

You possess a foundational understanding of various Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure — your familiarity with SQL Server and Windows Server enhances your ability to provide effective support. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, developers, and product managers to ensure customer success.

What you'll do

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be in a high-exposure support position, assisting enterprise customers and resolving technical issues with our software solutions. You will become an expert in our product suite, working hands-on with Microsoft technologies to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

You will engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and provide solutions that enhance their experience with our products. Your responsibilities will include documenting customer interactions, tracking issues, and following up to ensure resolution. You will also participate in continuous learning opportunities to develop your technical and leadership skills, contributing to a culture of excellence within the team.
