You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships that drive revenue growth. You are proactive in tracking customer activity and identifying additional opportunities for growth. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a designated territory in the Southeast, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share at various agencies. You will develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with your account team, ensuring that you deliver strong value propositions tailored to each client's needs. Your responsibilities will include tracking customer activity in internal systems to execute on your account strategy effectively. You will cultivate customer relationships, ensuring that you understand their business and workflows, which will help you develop a proper contact network within accounts. You will oversee all account activities for your book of business, driving overall customer satisfaction and maintaining open lines of communication with management regarding account forecasts and competitor intelligence. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Axon continues to be a force for good in the community.
