You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships that drive revenue growth. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at navigating complex workflows within organizations. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams ensures that you deliver relevant value propositions to your clients. You are proactive in tracking customer activity and identifying additional opportunities for growth. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance service delivery to your accounts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a designated territory in the Southeast, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share at various agencies. You will develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with your account team, ensuring that you deliver strong value propositions tailored to each client's needs. Your responsibilities will include tracking customer activity in internal systems to execute on your account strategy effectively. You will cultivate customer relationships, ensuring that you understand their business and workflows, which will help you develop a proper contact network within accounts. You will oversee all account activities for your book of business, driving overall customer satisfaction and maintaining open lines of communication with management regarding account forecasts and competitor intelligence. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Axon continues to be a force for good in the community.
