You have a proven track record in account management, with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships that drive revenue growth. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at navigating complex client environments to deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams ensures that you can effectively execute account strategies and provide relevant value propositions to clients.
You are proactive in tracking customer activity and identifying additional opportunities for growth within your accounts. Your strong communication skills allow you to connect with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that you can advocate for your clients' needs while aligning with your company's objectives. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and activities simultaneously.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies in the Northeast territory. You will develop and execute account strategies by collaborating with your account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions. Your responsibilities will include cultivating customer relationships, ensuring effective service delivery, and focusing on customer satisfaction by understanding their business and workflows.
You will oversee all account activities for your book of business, driving overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting and keeping management informed about account statuses in a timely manner. Your role will also involve gathering intelligence on competitors to inform your strategies and enhance your effectiveness in the market.
