What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive on Axon’s Productivity Team, you will lead high-stakes sales efforts with some of the largest law enforcement agencies in the U.S. Your role will involve presenting Axon’s suite of AI-powered productivity tools, including Axon Records and Axon Standards, to help agencies transition from outdated systems to modern solutions that enhance officer productivity and case closure rates.

You will engage in consultative selling, understanding the unique needs of each agency and crafting solutions that address their specific challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

In this quota-carrying role, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer engagement. You will also play a crucial role in gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and improve the overall user experience.
