You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in complex environments, and are adept at building and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders. Your ability to articulate complex solutions is complemented by your experience in navigating large organizations, particularly within the law enforcement and public safety sectors. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by a mission that matters, such as protecting life and enhancing public safety.
You understand the nuances of selling high-value solutions and can engage effectively with both operational and board-level personnel. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey technical and administrative product information clearly and effectively. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and drive success.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Executive at Axon, you will be responsible for selling our innovative products and services to large and complex law enforcement and public safety agencies. This role involves taking ownership of a significant proportion of customers and engaging in complex sales opportunities that often involve multi-million dollar deals. You will lead the Axon team to success by leveraging your relationship-building skills and your ability to navigate across customer agencies and units.
You will provide product demonstrations and training, ensuring that clients understand the value of our solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas while fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that we deliver on our mission to protect life.
