You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in building and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders across various industries. Your ability to think creatively and articulate complex solutions sets you apart, allowing you to navigate large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact through your work.

With experience in commercial partnerships, you understand the nuances of selling products and services directly and indirectly. You are comfortable working closely with leadership to design go-to-market strategies and build a successful sales team. Your strong communication skills enable you to connect with diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration within your team and with clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for our innovative products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and winning early customers in sectors outside of public safety, including retail, healthcare, and private security. Your role will involve building repeatable sales motions and establishing successful partnerships that contribute to the growth of the Enterprise team.

You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Enterprise to shape the go-to-market design and team structure. This position is quota-carrying, requiring you to leverage your expertise to meet and exceed sales targets. You will lead the Axon team to success by fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the mission to protect life.
