Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development. Your ability to think creatively and articulate complex solutions sets you apart, allowing you to build and maintain senior-level relationships across various industries. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a meaningful impact through your work.
You possess strong communication skills and can navigate complex organizational structures, particularly within Fortune 500 companies. Your experience in building commercial partnerships is essential, as you will be responsible for selling Axon's products and services to early customers in diverse verticals such as healthcare, retail, and private security. You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, working closely with the GM - Enterprise to design effective go-to-market strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key leader within the Enterprise team at Axon, driving sales efforts and building repeatable sales motions. You will engage with early customers, helping them understand the value of Axon's ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
You will also be tasked with identifying new market opportunities and expanding Axon's reach into verticals outside of public safety. This includes working closely with partners and integrators to create successful sales channels. As a quota-carrying position, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the Enterprise team.
