You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in complex environments, and you thrive on closing high-value deals. With a strong understanding of various verticals such as retail, healthcare, and logistics, you can articulate how technology solutions drive ROI and operational outcomes. You are a quota-carrying seller who takes ownership of your sales cycle and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your communication skills allow you to connect with clients and stakeholders effectively, ensuring that you can advocate for their needs while promoting Axon's mission to protect life.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through your work. What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon, you will own and close complex, high-value enterprise Outpost deals. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Axon's solutions can address their challenges. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring that Axon’s offerings resonate with potential customers across various sectors.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships, acting as a trusted product and solution expert. Your ability to articulate the value of Outpost hardware, software, and workflows will be crucial in driving sales and achieving your quotas. You will also play a key role in expanding Axon’s ALPR footprint beyond traditional public safety, helping to position the company as a leader in innovative safety solutions.
