Axon is hiring a Business Development & Partnerships Lead to drive sales through framework contracts with Global/System Integrators. You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in managing partnerships and driving sales through strategic contracts. Your experience includes working with Global/System Integrators, where you've successfully shaped and positioned opportunities to accelerate growth. You excel in building strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and engaged throughout the process.
You are a strategic thinker who understands the complexities of international markets and can navigate the challenges that come with expanding a business footprint. Your ability to communicate effectively and connect with diverse perspectives allows you to foster collaboration across teams and drive meaningful change.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end progression of system integrator-led framework opportunities. This includes shaping and positioning opportunities, managing quoting and contracting processes, and coordinating internally to ensure successful execution. You will work closely with the Partnerships team to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Axon’s mission to protect life and enhance public safety.
You will serve as the primary connector between system integrators and Axon stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the sales process. Your role will involve regular communication with customers and integrators to build trust and ensure that their needs are met. You will also be responsible for tracking progress and reporting on key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
