You have over 10 years of experience in business development, particularly in the cybersecurity sector, where you've successfully formed strategic partnerships that drive growth. Your background includes working with global industrial OEMs such as Honeywell and Siemens, giving you a deep understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs in this space. You possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing high-value deals that contribute to the company's bottom line.
Your expertise extends to working with cybersecurity integrators and resellers, such as Optiv and GuidePoint, which has equipped you with the insights needed to navigate complex sales channels. You are adept at developing and executing go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
You are a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on long-term goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that partnership initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall business strategy.
You will be responsible for negotiating partnership agreements and managing ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success. This includes setting performance metrics, monitoring partnership outcomes, and making adjustments as necessary to maximize impact. You will also represent Xage at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's innovative solutions and building brand awareness.
