You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing strategic accounts within the public sector. Your experience includes developing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You are results-oriented and have a deep understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
What you'll do
As the Director of Sales for Strategic Accounts, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on Axon's most critical State & Local Law Enforcement accounts. Your responsibilities will include setting sales targets, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful execution of complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You will be instrumental in driving bookings and revenue performance for the T1200 segment, leveraging Axon's full ecosystem of products and services.
You will also play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top sales talent, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced and evolving market. Your leadership will guide the adoption of Axon's innovative solutions, from TASER devices to advanced software and AI technologies, ultimately transforming how communities are protected.
