Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Your experience includes managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth in strategic accounts. You understand the nuances of working with State & Local Law Enforcement agencies and have a passion for making a positive impact in the community. You excel in building relationships and fostering collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires being on the road 40-60% of the time, and you thrive in dynamic environments where you can take ownership and drive real change.
What you'll do
As the Director of Sales for Strategic Accounts at Axon, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on our T1200 segment, which includes our most strategic U.S. State & Local Law Enforcement accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee bookings and revenue performance, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds sales targets. You will recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture within your team. You will also be responsible for executing strategic account plans, navigating complex deals, and ensuring the adoption of Axon's full ecosystem of products and services. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be a key member of the U.S. State & Local Law Enforcement leadership team, collaborating closely with other leaders to drive success across the organization.
