What you'll do
As the Director of Sales for Strategic Accounts, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on Axon's most strategic State & Local Law Enforcement accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive bookings and revenue performance for the T1200 segment, ensuring that your team effectively adopts Axon's full ecosystem of products and services. You will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales and play a key role in the U.S. State & Local Law Enforcement leadership team.
You will be responsible for strategic account execution, managing complex deals that involve multiple stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the sales process, from initial engagement to closing deals. You will also be expected to travel 40-60% of the time, working closely with clients and stakeholders across the region.
