You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing complex accounts within the public sector. With 5+ years of experience in sales management, you understand the nuances of working with government agencies and have successfully driven revenue growth in similar environments. Your ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and build relationships is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading a team of high-performing sales professionals.
Desirable
Experience in the law enforcement or public safety sector is a plus. Familiarity with technology solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency will set you apart. You are adept at recruiting and developing talent, ensuring your team is equipped to meet the challenges of strategic account management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the T1200 segment, focusing on Axonβs most strategic State & Local Law Enforcement accounts. You will be responsible for bookings and revenue performance, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds sales targets. Your leadership will involve recruiting, onboarding, and developing top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture within your team. You will execute strategic account plans, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals to drive adoption of Axonβs full ecosystem of products, including TASER devices, sensors, and cloud software solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Vice President of Sales and other leaders to align on strategy and execution, ensuring that your team is well-supported and positioned for success.
