You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with both your team and executive stakeholders β you can articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. What you'll do
As the Manager of Technical Account Managers, you will lead a team responsible for supporting Axon's most strategic public safety customers β your team will act as the operational extension of Axon within agency environments, driving the successful deployment, stabilization, and adoption of Axon's hardware and software solutions. You will be accountable for scaling predictable execution across a diverse portfolio of agencies, ensuring that they achieve operational readiness and sustained platform adoption.
You will engage with executive-level stakeholders to ensure that agencies are meeting their operational goals and achieving measurable outcomes β your role will involve overseeing program execution and providing guidance to your team on best practices for customer engagement. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovation and collaboration to enhance service delivery.
