What you'll do
As the Manager of Technical Account Managers, you will lead a team responsible for supporting Axon’s most strategic public safety customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful deployment, stabilization, and adoption of Axon’s hardware and software solutions. You will develop and implement operational strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. By leveraging your leadership skills, you will guide your team in executing their responsibilities effectively, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of various agencies.
You will be accountable for scaling predictable execution across a diverse portfolio of agencies, solution types, and delivery models. This includes overseeing the operational extension of Axon within agency environments, driving measurable outcomes that strengthen long-term strategic partnerships. You will engage with executives at client agencies to ensure they achieve operational readiness and sustained platform adoption. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align resources and strategies that support customer success.
