Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Your experience includes working with large, strategically important customers, ideally in the public sector or justice domain. You excel at building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders and have a knack for translating complex solutions into compelling value propositions. You are comfortable with a quota-carrying role and thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive real change. Your ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders is key to your success.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Axon, you will own and execute the territory strategy for a portfolio of large, strategically important City, County, and State justice customers. You will drive new logo acquisition and expansion revenue while navigating judicial procurement processes. Your role will involve leading complex sales cycles and building trusted relationships across customer branches. You will work closely with the Sales Director to align your territory strategy with Axon's broader business objectives. Your impact will be measured by your ability to materially influence regional revenue growth and market share.
