Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing and growing accounts within the mid-market segment. Your experience includes working with City, County, and State judicial customers, where you've developed strong relationships and successfully navigated complex procurement processes. You thrive in a quota-carrying role and are comfortable with the challenges that come with it. You take ownership of your territory and are driven to achieve results that matter. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively conduct product demonstrations and engage with diverse stakeholders. You are adaptable and can manage the complexities of a full book of business while contributing to broader regional sales goals.
What you'll do
As a Mid Market Account Executive on Axonβs Justice team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory of mid-size judicial customers. Your role will involve executing sales strategies, closing new and expansion opportunities, and ensuring strong customer outcomes. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, conduct product demonstrations, and navigate the procurement processes to meet customer needs. You will also collaborate internally with various teams to ensure that customer requirements are met effectively. Your ability to independently manage your territory while contributing to the overall sales goals of the region will be crucial to your success. You will travel at least 50% of the time to engage with customers and prospects in person, reinforcing your commitment to driving real change in the justice sector.
