Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing accounts within the mid-market segment. Your experience includes building relationships with city, county, and state judicial customers, and you understand the complexities of the procurement process. You are driven and take ownership of your territory, consistently seeking to grow your impact while contributing to a mission that matters.
You possess strong execution skills and are comfortable navigating complex sales environments. You thrive in roles that require independent management of a full book of business, and you are adept at conducting product demonstrations and closing new opportunities. Your ability to connect with diverse perspectives from customers and colleagues alike is a key strength.
What you'll do
As a Mid Market Account Executive on Axonβs Justice team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory of mid-size judicial customers. This is a quota-carrying, external field sales role where you will execute sales strategies and close both new and expansion opportunities. You will engage in end-to-end sales activities, which include building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and navigating procurement processes to meet customer needs. Your role will require you to travel at least 50% of the time, covering the West territory.
You will partner internally with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales team and the broader regional sales goals. You will be expected to take ownership of your responsibilities and drive real change within your territory, all while aligning with Axonβs mission to protect life.
