Overview

Axon is hiring a Sales Engineer to support sales campaigns and communicate the value of their solutions. You'll work with SaaS and on-premise software to assist Public Safety Agencies across Southern Europe. This role requires technical expertise and customer-facing skills.

Who you are

You are a highly personable and technically curious Sales Engineer with a passion for technology and a commitment to making a difference. You thrive in customer-facing roles, consistently striving to be the trusted advisor for the value and technical aspects of Axon’s leading solutions. Your experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and on-premise software equips you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. You have a strong understanding of networking, installation, and configuration, which allows you to support impactful proof of concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate the value of Axon’s products.

You are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership and drive real change. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs is crucial in this role, as you will be influencing product enhancements and deployment strategies. You are committed to continuous growth and learning, eager to contribute to a mission that matters.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at Axon, you will support the sales campaign by communicating the value of and deploying evidence capture devices and digital evidence management solutions to Public Safety Agencies across Southern Europe. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, as well as providing ongoing support during the implementation phase.

You will be responsible for facilitating and influencing product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends. Your technical expertise will be essential in guiding customers through the installation and configuration processes, ensuring a smooth transition to Axon’s solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any technical challenges that arise.
