You have a strong background in sales engineering, with experience providing technical leadership and direction to customers and internal teams. Your ability to analyze, design, and develop integrated technology solutions sets you apart, and you thrive in pre-sales environments where you can demonstrate your expertise. You are skilled at making technical presentations to both technical staff and senior management, ensuring that complex concepts are communicated clearly and effectively.
You possess a deep understanding of distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings, particularly in the SAN product space. Your technical expertise allows you to act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate their technology and business requirements. You excel at building relationships with account teams, partners, and customers, leveraging corporate resources to meet sales objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be accountable for regional revenue goals, driving innovative technical programs that align with Rubrik's Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools. You will oversee day-to-day account-level activities, ensuring that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership during pre-sales activities, assisting in the development of fully integrated technology solutions, and serving as a technical expert on Rubrik's products.
You will engage with customers to understand their challenges and propose solutions that meet their needs. This will involve making technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer objectives.
