What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, responsible for managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Axon's products. You will provide best practices and technical guidance to help customers achieve their operational goals, leveraging your deep understanding of Axon's technologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmaps. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and challenges, and you will be expected to provide insights that drive product enhancements.

In addition to relationship management, you will take on project management responsibilities, coordinating efforts across teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. You will also be involved in training customers on Axon's products, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the technology effectively in their workflows.
