What you'll do
As a Professional Services Engineer at Axon, you will be responsible for driving customer success and ensuring the effective adoption of TASER® and Axon products in Italy. You will work closely with the Country Manager and the sales and engineering teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve providing technical support and guidance to customers, helping them understand how to leverage Axon's technology to improve public safety outcomes.
You will also collaborate with in-country partners and distributors to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You will take ownership of customer inquiries and work diligently to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for users of Axon's products.
In addition, you will participate in training sessions and workshops to educate customers about the features and benefits of Axon's technology. Your expertise will help empower public safety professionals to utilize these tools effectively, ultimately contributing to safer communities.
