Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in managing professional services, ideally with experience in technology deployments. You excel in communication and can effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to tailor training and operational policies to meet diverse needs is a key strength. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires up to 70% domestic travel to support deployments. You are passionate about technology and its application in public safety, and you thrive in environments where you can make a meaningful impact.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety sector or with drone technology is a plus. Familiarity with cloud software and hardware logistics will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and solutions during deployments, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the deployment of Dedrone systems, acting as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. You will be responsible for pre-deployment planning, coordinating hardware logistics, and aligning stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Your role will involve delivering tailored training sessions to various customer teams, including drone operators and IT staff, ensuring they are equipped to use the systems effectively. You will guide customers in creating operational policies that integrate Dedrone with their existing technology stacks, enhancing their overall operational efficiency.

You will also coordinate with third-party training and integration vendors, ensuring accountability and quality in service delivery. Conducting site assessments will be part of your responsibilities, helping to inform hardware placement and operational design. You will build and maintain deployment documentation, standard operating procedures, and training plans to support ongoing customer success. Post-deployment, you will monitor system performance and provide escalation support as needed, ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with the implementation.
