You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in the technology sector, and possess the ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences. Your experience includes working closely with sales teams to drive initiatives and support customer needs, especially in high-stakes environments like law enforcement and public safety. You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and are passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on society.

You are a self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their unique challenges allows you to tailor solutions that meet their needs. You are committed to continuous learning and growth, mastering all aspects of Axon's products and technologies to provide the best support to your team and clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving mastery of all Axon technologies and products, enabling you to effectively pitch these solutions to leadership, support staff, and end-users. You will work closely with the sales team to accelerate sales initiatives, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Your role will involve traveling up to 50% of the time to engage with clients and demonstrate the value of Axon's offerings.

You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring that Axon's products are positioned effectively in the market. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients, ultimately driving sales success.
