Overview

Zscaler is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to architect solutions for major clients in cybersecurity. You'll work remotely from New Jersey, New York, or North Carolina. This position requires strong technical acumen and experience in sales engineering.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in cybersecurity solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where customer needs are prioritized. You understand the importance of building trust with clients and have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that drive business success. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly, ensuring that you meet their unique needs effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience with zero trust security models or similar cybersecurity frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise-level sales processes will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in technical sales or pre-sales engineering will also be beneficial as you engage with clients to understand their challenges and propose effective solutions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Zscaler, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that meet the needs of major clients in the cybersecurity space. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Zscaler's solutions can address their challenges. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our zero trust security platform.
