You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, and understand the unique challenges faced by law enforcement and public safety agencies. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate across customer agencies and units, ensuring that the Axon team achieves success together. Your experience in managing complex sales opportunities, often of significant value, sets you apart as a leader in your field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Axon products and services to large and complex law enforcement and public safety agencies. You will take ownership of a significant proportion of customers in the United Arab Emirates, engaging in complex sales opportunities that often involve high-value contracts. Your success will depend on your ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships, both externally with clients and internally with the Axon team. You will provide technical and administrative product information, conduct demonstrations, and offer product training to ensure clients fully understand the value of Axon's solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies and achieve your quotas, contributing to Axon's mission to protect life.
