You have a strong background in finance and experience in managing commission structures for sales teams. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting and analysis. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams allows you to effectively design and implement incentive compensation plans that drive performance. You are a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate complex financial landscapes with ease.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Commissions, you will lead all financial aspects of the company’s commission and sales incentive strategy for a 600+ person global sales organization. You will work closely with Sales leadership to design and structure incentive compensation plans that align with business objectives. Your role will involve diagnosing and solving operational and analytical problems while collaborating with systems and operations teams to ensure accurate calculations and efficient processes. You will also analyze, validate, and forecast commissions payout and its impact on financial statements relative to top line bookings, contributing to broader Commercial FP&A initiatives.
