You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and drive product improvements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating impactful solutions that enhance user experiences.

Desirable

Experience in the VR or AR space is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud software and device ecosystems. You have a keen interest in safety and justice issues, aligning with Axon's mission to protect life. A background in user research and usability testing will help you understand user needs and pain points better.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product definition and execution for VR headset and tablet workflows. You will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the user interface and multi-app workflows, ensuring that frontline users and administrators have a seamless experience. You will define business metrics and goals, focusing on reducing setup times and improving navigation success rates. Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams, you will deliver measurable improvements in task completion and feature adoption. You will also engage with field teams to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the real-world needs of users. Your leadership will drive the product vision and ensure alignment with Axon's mission.
