Who you are
You are a Developer with a focus on recruiting systems, tools, and infrastructure — you thrive at the intersection of engineering, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS. You have a knack for translating recruiter and candidate pain points into scalable solutions, and you enjoy designing automations that eliminate manual work. Your goal is to enhance the recruiting tech stack to improve time to fill, candidate experience, and recruiter productivity.
You are successful in this role when recruiting leaders view you as their product and engineering partner rather than just technical support. You have a strong desire to eliminate inefficiencies and can communicate effectively with both engineers and recruiters, making you a valuable asset to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will architect solutions for scale in enterprise systems using tools like Cursor and EnterpriseChatGPT. Your primary responsibility will be to drive greater recruiter efficiency by reducing manual work and tool switching, allowing recruiters to focus on high-value tasks. You will collaborate closely with recruiting leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance their workflows.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing automations that streamline the recruiting process, ensuring that the technology used is both effective and user-friendly. Your work will directly impact the overall efficiency of the recruiting team, and you will be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on data and user feedback.
