In this role, you will architect scalable solutions for enterprise systems using tools like Cursor and EnterpriseChatGPT. You will focus on driving greater recruiter efficiency by reducing manual work and tool switching, allowing recruiters to concentrate on high-value tasks. Your work will directly impact the candidate experience and recruiter productivity, making a significant difference in the hiring process.

You will collaborate closely with recruiting leaders to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the tech stack aligns with their goals. Your role will involve designing automations that streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the recruiting team.
