Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders allows you to advocate for customer needs within the organization, influencing product roadmaps and internal projects. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, from consultant to project manager, and you thrive in environments where you can drive real change. What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will take ownership of key customer accounts, providing exemplary technical support and customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights into customer needs and challenges, ensuring that Axonβs solutions align with their operational goals. Your role will involve project management, where you will oversee the implementation of Axonβs products and services, helping customers optimize their daily workflows. You will also play a crucial role in influencing internal product development based on customer feedback and requirements. Your expertise will directly contribute to Axonβs mission, and you will be expected to travel occasionally to meet with customers and stakeholders. You will report to the Service team and work on-site a minimum of three days per week in Melbourne.
