You have a strong background in People Operations and technology, with a focus on leveraging data to drive decisions and improve processes. Your experience includes working with HRIS systems and implementing intelligent workflows that enhance employee experiences. You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data effectively and provide actionable insights. What you'll do
In this role, you will guide the design and rollout of intelligent workflows that leverage GenAI and automation to enhance People & Culture processes. You will act as a subject matter expert for the core HRIS, driving continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
