Who you are
You are a high-performing Strategic Account Executive with over 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in targeting large enterprise organizations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a relentless drive to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Your strong work ethic and purposeful daily activity enable you to exceed revenue targets consistently.
You demonstrate ownership of your territory and execute with precision and urgency. Your ability to collaborate closely with senior sales leadership, channel partners, and cross-functional teams allows you to drive value-based sales engagements that effectively address complex IT and security challenges for major customers.
Desirable
You have experience with value-based selling methodologies and frameworks such as MEDDPIC, ensuring clear business value alignment with customer needs. Your familiarity with Salesforce and Clari helps you maintain high-quality hygiene in your sales processes, including accurate forecasting and strategic next steps for active opportunities.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy designed to deliver a 4x pipeline relative to quota. You will operate with a bias for action and a focus on measurable outcomes, holding yourself accountable to activity goals and performance benchmarks. Building and nurturing strong channel and security/IT vendor partnerships will be key to accelerating growth in your territory.
You will qualify and advance opportunities using value-based selling methodologies, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high-quality hygiene in Salesforce and Clari, including consistent and insightful Chatter posts, clear strategic next steps for all active opportunities, and accurate and timely forecasting with realistic close dates.
