Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the food service or restaurant industry. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively makes you a natural ambassador for the Uber Eats brand. You thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding your sales quotas. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a knack for identifying potential restaurant partners that align with Uber Eats' partnership criteria. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners.
Desirable
Experience in a similar role within the food delivery or restaurant sector is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales metrics will help you excel in this position. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Uber Eats, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to create a great first impression and communicate the value of Uber Eats. Your role will involve managing contract negotiations to establish sustainable economics for both Uber and the restaurant partners. You will also collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, helping to identify and build standard processes that enhance efficiency.
