Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of experience in a Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Renewals role — you've developed skills in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth. Your proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools allows you to effectively manage data and track your pipeline.

You understand the dynamics of high-volume transaction cycles in a SaaS environment — you can identify and resolve account risks by collaborating with cross-functional technical teams. Your experience, particularly within the cybersecurity industry, gives you insight into threat actors and compliance, which is crucial for maintaining customer security postures.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for a dedicated territory of commercial accounts, ensuring that net retention rate targets are met. You will lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, contract terms, and subscription tiers to secure renewals before expiration dates. Your ability to maintain a pipeline in Salesforce will be essential for providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly renewal forecasts to leadership.

You will partner with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to identify, qualify, and close upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process. Your strategic partnership with clients will help them maintain their security posture while optimizing resource allocation in the evolving cyber asset management landscape.
