What you'll do
As the Regional Director, you will lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across the NYC Metro territory. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture a high-performing sales team, focusing on both new logo acquisition and account expansion. You will develop comprehensive business plans aimed at overachieving sales goals and managing the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals.
You will collaborate closely with other leaders in the organization to refine the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment across teams. Your role will involve regular coaching and mentoring of your team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers within Cribl. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continued success.
