Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in regional or field marketing. Your expertise lies in developing and executing market-specific strategies tailored to the North-Central region, demonstrating a strong understanding of localized demand generation.

You are skilled in creating comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans that align with sales pipeline and revenue targets. Your experience includes executing various demand generation programs such as digital campaigns, regional events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives. You are adept at tracking and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot, as well as CRM systems like Salesforce.

Your ability to collaborate with sales teams is crucial, as you will create localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates to support their efforts. You thrive in a remote work environment, effectively managing your responsibilities while contributing to a team focused on aggressive growth.

Desirable

Experience in the North-Central region is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific market dynamics and customer needs in states like Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Kansas. You are comfortable analyzing data to provide regular KPI reports to leadership, showcasing your results-driven approach.

What you'll do

As the North-Central Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating corporate marketing objectives into high-impact, localized demand generation programs. Your role is critical in driving pipeline growth and increasing brand presence across key accounts in the region. You will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that meets defined sales pipeline and revenue targets.

You will execute four core types of demand generation programs: digital campaigns, regional events such as conferences and roadshows, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives. Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of all regional campaigns will be a key part of your responsibilities, using marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot, as well as CRM data from Salesforce to provide regular KPI reports to leadership.

Aligning and enabling the regional sales team will be essential, as you will create localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates. You will also engage in co-marketing efforts with channel partners to enhance the effectiveness of your strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive aggressive pipeline growth and accelerate deal cycles across key accounts.
