What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading one of Fleetio's Mid-Market Sales Teams, focusing on scaling sales results and capturing a total addressable market of tens of thousands of businesses. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring your team meets and exceeds sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Mid-Market Sales to refine sales processes and improve team performance. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for providing continuous mentorship and support to your team, fostering a culture of success and accountability. Regularly reporting on sales metrics and team performance will be essential to ensure alignment with company goals.
