What you'll do

As a Channel Support Specialist, you will be the central hub for channel operations, providing critical support to our reseller and MSP partners. You will assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that partners have the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating communication between partners and the internal sales team.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all partner needs are met and that they have access to the necessary tools and information. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of partner interactions, tracking support requests, and following up to ensure resolution. You will also assist in onboarding new partners, providing them with the information and training they need to effectively utilize Backblaze's services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about the cloud storage industry and develop your skills in customer support and sales operations. You will be encouraged to take initiative and suggest improvements to processes that enhance the partner experience. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping Backblaze maintain its reputation as a leader in the open cloud movement.
