You have a strong background in cybersecurity and a passion for enabling organizations to proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. Your experience includes working with managed service providers and understanding their needs in delivering cybersecurity solutions. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships with partners is key to your success in this role, as you will be working closely with them to ensure they can successfully implement and demonstrate the NodeZero platform.

What you'll do

As a Channel Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for supporting Horizon3.ai’s channel ecosystem by enabling managed service partners to design, demonstrate, and deliver NodeZero-powered offerings to their customers. You will work closely with partners to understand their requirements and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. This includes conducting training sessions, creating technical documentation, and providing ongoing support.

You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify new partnership opportunities and help drive the growth of the channel ecosystem. Your role will involve engaging with partners to gather feedback on the NodeZero platform and working with the product team to ensure that the platform meets the evolving needs of the market.
