Overview

Backblaze is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead GTM systems optimization and change execution in support of full-funnel sales operations. This role requires deep systems expertise and strong operational management skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a seasoned Sales Operations professional with extensive experience in optimizing go-to-market systems. You have a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to drive efficiency from prospecting through to closing deals. Your expertise in systems management allows you to implement strategies that enhance sales execution and visibility into renewals and expansions.

You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess and improve sales operations effectively. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies. You are adept at managing change and fostering adoption of new systems within the sales organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the operational management of GTM systems, focusing on optimizing processes that support the sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the sales operations function aligns with the overall business objectives.
