Who you are
You have extensive experience in sales leadership, ideally within the FinTech industry, and a proven track record of building and executing successful sales strategies. You understand the nuances of the sales process and are comfortable managing both a team and your own sales pipeline. You are data-driven and can create metrics that align with business goals, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
You possess strong collaboration skills, working closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. You are a hands-on leader who enjoys closing deals while also mentoring your team to achieve their targets. You thrive in a startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the sales function at Bankjoy.
What you'll do
As the Head of Sales, you will build and own Bankjoy's end-to-end sales process, focusing on pipeline management, qualification standards, and closing discipline. You will create a repeatable, metrics-driven sales playbook that aligns with the marketing funnel and product roadmap. You will partner with the CEO on strategic enterprise opportunities and fintech ecosystem partnerships, ensuring that the sales team is well-equipped to meet annual ARR targets and quotas.
You will lead the sales team, providing guidance and support while also being actively involved in closing deals. Your role will involve setting compensation structures based on unit economics and collaborating with the COO and Finance teams. You will be responsible for establishing a scalable sales engine that can adapt to the evolving needs of the business and the market.
