Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with extensive experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) strategies. Your ability to cultivate a data-driven, high-performance culture is key to your success, as you focus on building and optimizing sales infrastructure that supports peak performance.
You are skilled at recruiting, training, and mentoring top sales talent, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture that empowers high performers. Your experience in bridging teams across geographies, particularly between the US and Israel, allows you to align sales efforts with product and engineering teams effectively. You are comfortable making decisive calls to maintain excellence within your team and organization.
What you'll do
As the Head of Sales at Sisense, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at exceeding revenue targets. This involves incorporating hybrid PLG/SLG motions to ensure repeatable, scalable, and predictable growth. You will build and optimize modern sales infrastructure, including operating cadences, pipeline rigor, and accountability frameworks, to drive continuous improvement and accurate forecasting.
You will structure and scale the sales organization for peak performance, focusing on recruiting and mentoring top talent while elevating the team with high performers. Your role will require you to lead deep collaboration between US field teams and Israel-based product and engineering teams, ensuring seamless alignment and execution of sales strategies. You will also be responsible for cultivating a culture of accountability and high performance, making data-driven decisions that lead to significant wins in a collaborative environment.
