What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will conduct thorough candidate assessments and clearly communicate the recruiting process, company value proposition, and role expectations to candidates. You will partner with stakeholders to develop target ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future GTM hiring needs, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations. Your role will also involve negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. You will play a crucial part in shaping the talent acquisition strategy for the organization, contributing to the overall success of Benchling's mission to unlock the power of biotechnology.
