Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales floor management and operations, with experience in driving performance and ensuring operational excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at enforcing standards and translating strategy into actionable tasks. Your strong analytical skills enable you to maintain data integrity and optimize sales processes effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with sales leadership and team members. Your hands-on approach ensures that you are actively involved in day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of discipline and accountability on the sales floor. You are motivated by the challenge of scaling operations while maintaining high-quality execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution on the sales floor, driving discipline around activity levels, pipeline hygiene, and follow-up quality. You will enforce standards such as punctuality and adherence to cadence and sequencing, ensuring that the sales team operates at peak performance. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth and forecasting accuracy, making you a critical player in the organization’s success.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights will be essential in refining processes and driving continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, helping them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
