Who you are
You have a strong scientific background and project management skills, enabling you to understand and analyze R&D processes effectively. Your experience in managing customer relationships allows you to work closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met during the implementation of Benchling's solutions. You are adept at leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the rollout are executed smoothly.
You possess excellent communication skills, which help you articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work hand in hand with research scientists and internal teams at Benchling. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that every phase of the implementation process is meticulously planned and executed.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager, you will manage the initial rollouts for new Benchling customers, guiding them through the entire process from requirements analysis to user onboarding. You will develop a deep understanding of each customer's unique R&D processes, tailoring the implementation of Benchling's platform to meet their specific needs. Your role will involve configuring the system, conducting testing, and providing training to ensure users are comfortable with the new tools.
You will lead expansion projects with existing customers, helping them integrate new teams or processes into the Benchling platform. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investment in Benchling's solutions. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from users to continuously enhance the implementation process and the overall customer experience.
