Who you are
You have a unique blend of systems validation expertise and customer-facing implementation skills, ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Your project management skills are complemented by strong communication abilities, allowing you to effectively guide customers through both GxP and non-GxP implementations of the Benchling platform. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with research scientists, quality professionals, and IT teams to develop a deep understanding of their R&D processes. Your experience ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while transforming how teams work together.
Desirable
Experience in managing customer rollouts from requirements analysis to onboarding users is a plus. Familiarity with the Benchling platform or similar R&D cloud solutions will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at Benchling, you will lead all aspects of customer rollouts, ensuring a smooth transition to the Benchling platform. You will conduct requirements analysis and solution design, configuring the platform to meet customer needs.
