Who you are
You have a unique blend of systems validation expertise and customer-facing implementation skills, ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Your project management skills are complemented by strong communication abilities, allowing you to effectively guide customers through complex implementations. You understand the importance of compliance with regulatory requirements and have a keen eye for detail in ensuring that all aspects of the implementation process meet these standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with research scientists, quality professionals, and IT teams to develop a deep understanding of their R&D processes. Your experience includes leading customer rollouts from requirements analysis to user onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience with GxP regulations and familiarity with the Benchling platform would be advantageous. A background in life sciences or a related field is also preferred, as it will enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their specific needs. You are proactive in seeking solutions and have a track record of successfully managing customer expectations throughout the implementation process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead all aspects of customer implementations, starting with requirements analysis and solution design. You will configure the Benchling platform to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that all solutions are compliant with GxP standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough testing of the implemented solutions and providing training to users to ensure they are comfortable with the new system. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, addressing any concerns and providing ongoing support. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You will also collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the implementation process based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
