With a strong foundation in project management, you excel in guiding customers through complex implementations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while transforming their R&D processes.
Your communication skills are top-notch — you can effectively collaborate with research scientists, quality professionals, and IT teams, fostering strong relationships that lead to successful project outcomes. You understand the nuances of the biotech landscape and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with implementing new technologies in regulated environments.
You have experience leading customer rollouts from requirements analysis to onboarding users — your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the implementation process is executed flawlessly. What you'll do
